Debra Medina's campaign for Governor of Texas continues to gain momentum with recently launch Republican Primary Ballot Initiative Petition Drive (BIPD).  The initial impression is that most conservatives will agree with Mrs. Medina's purposed initiatives, but there are also some early signs that the establishment candidates of the Republican Party of Texas are very uneasy about the prospect of voters at large implementing the moral authority for things like Term Limits and Sworn Pledges as requirements on the Application for a Place on the Ballot.  According to the current rules, Mrs. Medina's camp will need to collect 35,000 signatures by the filing deadline at the end of the year.  The link to these Ballot Initiatives is below.  Do you think these initiatives will make a splash?  Feel free to weight in.
